Judy Chicago, one of the key figures in the Southern California post-war art scene, has been actively working with Pacific Standard Time this year to bring attention to the region's arts and culture. Chicago earned both her BFA and MFA at UCLA and established the "Feminist Art Program: Womanhouse" at the California Institute of Arts in the early 1970s.
